How To Order
Steps 1 : Choose the items that you want to purchase/buy.
Email your order directly to us at benadinesinga@gmail.com or SMS us at 019-810 1031(Ben) with the following details (copy & paste) so that we can check the availability of the item/s:-

*We will reply your email as soon as possible once we received your order.
Steps 2 : Payment Methods.
After checking the availability of the item/s, we will email you the total amount that you need to pay.
For Malaysian Buyers
All Payment can be done via Maybank2u Transfer, Direct ATM Transfer or by making payment over the counter at any Maybank Branch that nearest to you.
*If you are using ATM to bank-in, we do understand ATM don’t accept small amount. Don’t worry we will return the balance to your account (Maybank account only) or put it in your parcel.

Steps 3: Shipping/Delivery Methods
We will send out your order/s immediately once we receive the payment.

*FREE DELIVERY using POS LAJU only for purchase more than RM 200 (not applicable during sale period).
2. Self-Collect
You can collect your item/s at BS Boutique House, No.1.79, 1st Floor, Star City Complex (Formerly known as Asia City Complex), Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Steps 4: Parcel Tracking
Once we send out your item/s, we will sms you the tracking code for reference.
Just in case that the parcel failed to arrive upon given time, customers can email/sms/call us for assistance.
RULES & REGULATION
1. All clothing are brand new.
2. Strictly for serious buyers only.
3. All sales are final.
4. No refund, return or exchange once order is confirmed and submitted by the customer UNLESS products are defective.
5. Payment has to be made within 3 days after confirmation of order.
6. All our prices are NETT. Delivery charges are excluded.
7. Colors might vary slightly, due to camera flash or computer monitor setting.
